Why Is Integrity Scarce Today

Reason why I have decided to talk about integrity today is this:  I have been taught by mentors in the last few years and one of my mentors taught me “Say what you mean and mean what you say, it is a binding contract to ourselves and to others around us that is build on this one word INTEGRITY”.  I just love Alfred A. Montapert’s quote because the word INTEGRITY seems to be a lost art in our society today, and no one cares enough and carry this time honoured tradition

Here Are Some Character Traits of Integrity

  •  Being with people, for people. Not being afraid to talk with people, to listen to them.
  • Courage. The individual is unafraid to speak their mind on an issue, and sees conflict as a process that can lead to new growth.
  • Addresses problems. and stays calm in face of turmoil.
  • Thoughtful. The individual is not impulsive. Does not react or shoot from the hip. He steps back from a thorny situation and examines all sides.
  • Reliable. The individual is true to their word and is accountable by being committed and delivers on it.
  • Rooted in values. The individual lives by a solid core of values. Values that guides them him each day.
  • Honest. Tells the truth, calling it as they see it.
  • Respectful.  Earns respect by respecting others.
  • Nice and Tough.   The individual shifts comfortably from Nice to Tough as the situation demands, and recognizes the need that each person has at the moment and adapts accordingly.

When I looked at these core values of integrity, we assumed that integrity is within our spirit and well-being but to define integrity and how it works in our lives is completely different.  If you are reading my blog for a while or if  this is  your first time reading it, I invite you look over the list and read it over as many times as you need.  Once you are done, you might be thinking “WHERE HAVE I SEEN THIS BEFORE”.  To be honest with you its all over the place and its everywhere which you already know.  The funny thing is…we all have it, and we use it all the time, and we believe we are all capable, but do we truly understand what it means, and how it affects others as it affects us too?

Integrity plays a very important role , and how we make decisions and choose ultimately is a mirror image of how we are as a person. School will never teach you this stuff. School teaches us how to get a J.O.B. , but when it comes to building character and integrity, it is  something either being taught at home and through personal development programs where a LIFE COACH/MENTOR guides you.  If you have people telling  you they will call you back for either personal or business and they didn’t, the catch phrase of “oh I forgot!” “I got too busy” “Sorry! Not Interested” “Its not for me”  is just a lame excuse on their part of not trying hard enough to live up to their word and chose the silver bucket of procrastination.

If you have been living this lifestyle and you want to change….then I invite you to draw that line and start over again and make an effort to do so.  There is always a seed of equal or greater benefit when it comes to human potential only if you are willing to push and exceed — there is no limit to become better as an individual.

MS70 2012 CHINESE SILVER PANDA

Cure Your Financial Sickness

One important aspect I like to share with you all today is that not most of us BUT ALL OF US are pretty ignorant when we think we know how  the world economy works and where inflation and deflation comes from, why we pay taxes, why jobs can determine how well the economy is doing.  All that is just a tip of the iceberg of impacting the economy.  CAN I BE HONEST WITH YOU? none of that I mentioned impacts the global economy  today.  What impacts the global economy is the value of our paper money.

If you take a moment and look at the value of paper money in the last 100 years, the value of paper money steadily declined next to nothing….and you wonder why inflation has increased over the years, and our governments are pumping more paper money that has no true ASSETS backing it up to protect its value.  THAT’S RIGHT!!! our paper money at one point in time was backed by assets –BUT IT IS NO LONGER THIS WAY.  The rules of money has changed since 1971 when former U.S. President Richard Nixon took the world off the gold standard, and with today’s economy…LET ME TELL YOU IT AIN’T GETTING ANY BETTER.

What more TRUTH can I share with you today that is the upmost and honest truth that I can say.  The weirdest thing our government is printed is no longer paper money in the next couple of months.  What they are printing is Polymer Money which is some sort of plastic material with more enhanced security features.  Its time for a reality check my friends.

The Philosophy Of The QI Brochure

The Q.I. (QUALITY INVITE) brochure is simply a filter.  It is the offline filter version of  the online funnel system thru the internet, and still serves its purpose to filter out the lookers and the non-lookers, and the brochure works 100% of the time if you use it properly when you sit down with someone — ITS A SIMPLE YES OR NO.  It is also a simple tool to duplicate when  you teach and train someone who is brand new to the team.  After listening several sit down overviews, a brand new person would be able to duplicate this method very rapidly and then go on teaching others to do the same.—ACTIVITY DRIVEN.

The Purpose Of The Q.I. is designed to determine two things….(1) If the person thinks a-like and (2) If they connect on the concepts just so enough to sit down again at another time and date to explain in detail for 45 minutes.   It is not the time to go into details NOR answer any questions because the Q.I. is to be completed no more than 10 minutes max — anything over 10 minutes, you are selling the concept — SHARE IT!.  The reason to share the information simply puts both parties mindset into a conversation rather than making it sound like your pitching it.

The Philosophy 

  1. Your looking for lookers from the non-lookers
  2. Looking for 3 or 4 motivated people now.
  3. Sharing vs. Selling
    1. Share the information
    2. Time limit is 10 minutes max.
    3. Anything over 10 minutes — Your Selling
  4. Looking for a Yes or NO
  5. Raises your belief—Take Action (Activity)
  6. Gives you proper posture –Take away

MS70 2012 American Silver Eagle

For only the second year in more than a decade, the prestigious San Francisco Mint is once again striking Silver Eagles.

The San Francisco Mint has once again been pressed into service in the production of these magnificent coins. When it was announced at the beginning of the year that the San Francisco Mint would be producing Silver Eagles, collectors everywhere became excited.
